Job post goes viral - 'You'll have had no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years'

A job ad went viral for demanding that applicants have no more than three jobs in the past 10 years, but some question whether this is the right way to go about finding the right workers, Fortune reported.

“In today’s market, it’s incredibly important to know the ‘why’ someone may have moved, and the way to do that is to schedule a chat with that candidate,” Zahra Amiry, associate director of talent attraction at Omnicom Media Group, told Fortune.

“I wouldn’t personally encourage my team to dismiss a candidate with the right skillset without chatting to them and really understanding the reasons for the candidate’s moves first.”
