C-Suite Leaders Weigh DEI Future Amid Legal and Political Pressures

Despite increasing political scrutiny, only 8% of C-suite leaders say they are seriously considering rolling back diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs in response to President Donald Trump’s executive orders, according to a new report from Littler.
